Enroll newly regularized team members in our health insurance to avail of the medical

Attends to employees and guests complaining on medical symptoms or suffering from
injury during work hours; gives medical or surgical treatment at dispensary level.
Performs first aid treatment when necessary.
Monitors employee absences due to sickness. Assists employee in the filing of SSS sickness
benefit claim upon reporting to work (for more than 3 days absence).
Maintains and keeps ample supply of necessary drugs and medicines. Keeps an inventory of
supplied medicines.
Prepares and issues “SENT HOME” slip to an employee who gets sick while on duty and
becomes unfit to continue working for the day.
Ensures Hotel’s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures are implemented.
Coordinates with Accounting for the schedule of business permit renewal so that Medical
Exam to all employees can be scheduled at least one month prior to business permit
renewal (prerequisite in renewing the business permit).
Maintains a record/summary on X-Ray results and Health Cards and monitors renewal of
the same.
