I also worked as a Veterinary Technician/Back Office Administrator at Lemonade Inc. for three months, working on files and vital paperwork related to pet insurance. I processed insurance claims and other vital paperwork by generating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets containing all patient information, such as demographics, veterinary visits, pet history, and current treatment or medication. In addition, I am proficient in using Shopify, Gorgias, Trello, Recharge, Stamped, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Google productivity tools, and Slack, among other tools and apps.
