I am currently employed as Commercial Sales Manager wherein my scope of work are as follows.:

·      Order Management & Supply Chain: Managed the order life cycle for Spare Parts Supply and Engineering Services for Philippine customers, ensuring efficient process from order placement to final delivery.

·      Executive support: Assist the General Manager in the Philippines with various operational and administrative tasks.

·      Order Processing and logistics: Ensure timely issuance of quotations, purchase orders, and managed the delivery from origin to customer site by timely monitoring and coordinating with all involved parties/departments.

·      Contract Management: Handled contract management by preparing comprehensive Supply and Service Proposals and contracts aligned with the company terms and conditions for customers.

·      Team leadership: Managed cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality proposal, supply and service orders, and after sales support to Philippines clients.

·      Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor compliance by ensuring the team comply with the current corporate guidelines relevant to their scope of work. Handles the review and monitoring of the Corporate Guidelines, Operating instruction, and General guidelines.

·      Used important tools, like CRM Dynamics to monitor Sales progress, SAP for processing of Quotations, Orders and invoice to customs.
