I have 14 years of working experience in Administrative department. I worked closely with the owner of the company, meaning, directly reported to him all the things that need to be reported. I also did his personal errands like booking for his flights, handling his bank accounts, paying his bills, set his appointments with meetings, any transaction that can be done by his assistant is my task. I also had experienced in dealing with customer relations like handling phone calls and face to face inquiries . Got also worked with the Marketing team and created strategies that would help for the benefit of the company. With all these tasks, I usually used tools like email management, worksheets, micro soft words, power point , oracle system etc. Yes, I did multi tasking jobs, these experienced helped me become more confident in what I do and learned to be more patient. I usually excel in what I do especially if I focus my mind into it. I might say that I am a hardworking person and really dedicated to my work. I also loved to help people, it feels so satisfying when you help someone in need ( work related). When there is a problem at work, I stop and analyze what needs to be done. Handling people is the most challenging task that I encountered because of different attitude, but I might say that I did my job well because they look up to me and make them follow in my instructions. I also don't want things left undone. I am desperate to get hired in this new kind of work (work from home). I just resigned from my work 4 months ago because of pandemic and I am financially struggling right now. If I am given the chance to work here I promise to do better than my previous years. I am a person/employee that you can count on and make sure to be an asset.
