I am advocate of customer service, and uphold values that make my customers (and employers) satisfied and engaged such as delivering on time, trustworthiness and reliability. My exposure in the customer service industry for the last eight years has honed my ability in terms of handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and thinking outside of the box. I consider myself well-rounded, having taken on the roles of a customer service representative, language coach, product trainer, organizational development supervisor, and training manager.

I take pride in my communication skills -- from writing to speaking English -- but more importantly in my gift to enunciate ideas and move others into action. I enjoy creating presentations (e.g., sales presentation, training needs analysis) that allow me to channel my creative juices.

I like to grow my arsenal of experience, thus, I do not shy away from new challenges. I may not know everything but I sure am very trainable. I believe learning doesn't stop so I'm constantly looking for opportunities to grow and improve myself.
