Summary
I finished Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In this 5
year course, I used Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to complete projects, presentations,
and thesis, and that makes me master these office applications. The exams and activities in this
course trained me to become more analytical and meticulous.
I worked in the Outsourcing Industry for almost 2 years as Technical Support
Representative. I answered phone calls and helped US clients diagnose and resolve technical
hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, computer, and phone service. I
had to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes on a regular basis. This trained me to
become a fast learner and to be great in multitasking. It taught me patience and have given me
a deep understanding of what clients want and need.
I've been freelancing for almost 1 year and I had projects that required internet research,
data entry, and social media management. I took intensive training and tutorials in order to learn
and enhance the skills that I need to become the best Virtual Assistant. This includes Online
Marketing, Introduction to the Real Estate Industry, and Administrative tasks.
