I am a virtual assistant that has a good understanding of software programs like Microsoft 365, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am also knowledgeable of the used of the internet and being able to conduct online research. Being a teacher for almost 7 years, I developed my word processing skills which is one of the most basic and important task as a virtual assistant. Also, one thing that molded me are my oral communication and writing skills through email and different chat services like Skype, Zoom, etc. By attending a lot of seminars and trainings both as a teacher and a virtual assistant, I also developed good understanding of software programs like Microsoft 365, Excel and PowerPoint. Across all virtual assistant tasks, motivation and discipline are absolutely essential. While there is a learning curve for every new virtual assistant hire, I am capable to think quickly and make the right decisions in situations where time zone differences might mean that a client or employer isn’t immediately available for questions. As the common saying goes, if you don’t love what you do, then you won’t succeed no matter how hard you try. This kind of attitude will provide the opportunity to take on additional specific tasks.
