Mary Joyce Manalo Capuno

Hi, I am Mary Joyce Capuno. You can call Joyce for short. I am 24 years old and graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with Diploma in Office Management and Technology with a specialization in Legal Management.

I am currently rendering my employment at Global Care Medical Center of Talisay Inc as the Executive Assistant of the President and the Stockholder Relations Officer.

Being an executive assistant, I prepare all the needed documents for the president like the things that need to be presented and need to be approved on the meeting agenda. Preparing and organizing meetings, and setting an appointment with the BOD for the meeting. Producing reports and presentations. Handling corresponded memos to all the managers. Maintaining the current filling and database system and responsible for all the major stockholders of the corporation which is the founders. And also sustaining all the important information about the founders and BOds

As a stockholder relations officer, I am also in charge of the minor stockholders of the company. Preparing their AR upon receiving their payment and also updating the database for their subscription. I am also in charge of preparing the cash and check deposit of their payment and also responsible for depositing it to the bank. and making the treasurer's report for the updated stocks of the corporation.

I have handled also the compensation and benefits of all the employees temporarily due to a shortage of employees and being the first employee in the corporation I have handled it also from 2019 up to April 2022. I was in charge of employees' government benefits by generating all the SPA and preparing the needed amount to pay for the whole company.
