I worked as an Administrative Staff in 2020. I manage schedules,
handling correspondence, organizing documents, and streamlining
office operations to boost team productivity but when pandemic
came, I transitioned from working as an administrative staff to
becoming a virtual assistant, embracing the shift to remote work.
