I never thought I had a preference in the digital world because before I became an online professional, I have been working on a cruise ship for six years. I can say that I have mastered my communication with different nationalities about recommending products and services based on what they need. Hospitality has been in my blood that's why being a Virtual Assistant I handle challenges with passion.

I am also capable of transcribing audio and video using descript. Knowledgeable using project management tools like Trello and time tracker using clockify, for the scheduling platform I am using calendly. For communication tools, I am good at using zoom, skype, and Gmail. I developed all these skills through dedication and willingness to help people.

I have also experience in social media management for less than a year now. I found a great way to engage the people by managing pages thru Facebook and other social media platforms. In graphic designing, my favorite tool is canva, It showcases my ability to fit in my design. Involved in branding, creating logos and other project designs. 

I attended the intensive training program for General Virtual Assistant offered by the Department of Information and communication technology to hone and learn all the skills needed of a General Virtual Assistant.
