Hi, I’m Mary Joy “Joya” Lubetania a detail-oriented and creative professional with a heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive.

With experience in administrative support and a growing skill set in creative and design services, I help individuals and organizations stay organized, streamline processes, and elevate their brand presence.

My career started in the local government sector, where I worked as an Admin Staff at the City Agriculture Office. There, I mastered the essentials of admin work from managing documents and preparing reports to scheduling and client support. Today, I serve at the Provincial Youth Development Office, assisting programs that empower young leaders through education, training, and community engagement.

Alongside this, I’ve expanded into the creative virtual assistance space. Through my brand mjSphere, I provide a blend of admin and creative support, including:

Designing graphics with Canva

Content repurposing & basic photo editing

Social media scheduling & management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)

General administrative support

My mission is simple: to lighten the workload for creatives, solopreneurs, and small business owners, so they can focus on what they do best.
