Hi. I have a bachelor's degree in Education and a licensed teacher. I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for about 5 years. I handled a voice account (financial) as a customer service representative and an email account (retail) for reputable call centers here in the Philippines. Also, I have been an online tutor for foreign nationalities. Right now, I am a freelancer as a call reviewer.
