My first job, I have worked as a supervisor in an Internet Cafe. I was the one who supervised the Internet usage, as well as customers who logged in. I also did troubleshooting with the computers when customers encountered problems in their corresponding pc. I also assist them if there's some customer who doesnt know how to launch yahoo or any website. I have experienced in working call centers as an agent also connected with different accounts like video activitation, mobile activation for inbound and for outbound I was connected with the account diabetic supply.

I'm currently working in a University as an assistant office staff. I was designate as a guest encoder in the office of Student Affairs. I do serve students who requested good moral certificates, students who will undergo On the Job Training, I also accommodate student to have an ID pictorial for their school ID, etc. I am a computer literate of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Being a mother and a staff I know how to manage time to be able to finish the job in due time.
