I worked for a Business Process Outsourcing company for 6 years leaving the company with a managerial position. My previous program covers Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales through phone, email and chat. I started as a frontline agent and worked my way to becoming the program's Training Manager. Aside from administrative tasks that I cover on a daily basis, my role includes coaching and managing people, monitoring individual and team performance ensuring that all metrics are met. I am also responsible for creating detailed reports/presentation for my superiors/clients which would include analysis and future action plans. I am goal driven, a team player, I can work with minimal supervision and I don't easily give up on a task at hand no matter how difficult it can get.
