I serve as a Property Manager for a real estate company in New York. I oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the buildings we manage, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently. I also make sure all inspection are done before their due date as this affects their insurance coverage and safety of the building. I also answer questionnaire from potential buyers. Providing details information of the property they wish to buy. i also read and understand their house rules and by laws to effectively provide resolution to their concerns. I am well trained with appfolio and buildium as this helps me with work orders and tracking maintenance issues. This position demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

I also work with Tenant Turner as a cold caller, where I engage property management companies to offer demonstrations of our leasing platform. This role leverages my expertise in cold calling and sales, as I effectively pitch the platform’s benefits, handle objections, and schedule demos to showcase how our solution can streamline their leasing process from prequalifying tenant leads to scheduling showings.
