Achievements:
Leads the Japan Data Quality Review and created a dashboard report to flag missing and inaccurate
data. Defects has been decreased by roughly 67% which is a good start for the upcoming vendor
migration.
Create and modify Data Quality Operations Manual.
Supported the migration of DCRM system – from ALM tool to new DCRM tool through testing and
reporting any discrepancies of data.
Supported the generation of 57 Data Quality dashboard monthly to stakeholders to help minimize the
number of data element defects in Workday.

Accurate processing, validation and reconciliation of payroll processes including the Global
Reconciliation.
Closely coordinating with the Accounting Team to provide support on the open items related to payroll.
Timely submission and payment of monthly statutories, taxes and USD income to Payroll NAM and
reconciliation of FICA deductions, ensuring monthly total reporting is matched with the total billing.

Achievements:
Initiated the IR21 Paperless Project which was successfully implemented amidst the multiple demands
of HR 2020 and benefited the team by saving approximately 9 hrs. per month.
Initiated the other alternative to pay interns allowance which was successfully went live on Apr 2022.
Approximately 100 interns have been processed via Bank Transfers instead of via Cheque payment.
Provide additional support and assistance in Philippine Damselfy Project which helps releasing Final Pay
kits to 1,500 in-perimeter employees.
Provides and established payroll validations that meets the requirements of Workday Reports and
Vendor Reports to ensure that the data processed in Vendor is accurate. This saves approximately 90
hrs per annum and was also shared to Philippine Payroll during their Vendor Migration parallel and
testing.
