I've been in a BPO/ call center industry for 3 years, for US accounts handling billing issues and inquiry, account management, technical issues and also for health care, assisting doctors and nurses to check their patient's health benefits.
I was a pre school teacher for almost 3 years in a private school, teaching academic subjects.
Also an admin staff, responsible for keeping the records updated, meeting with the parents and school activities coordinator.
