An Administrative Marketing Assistant works as part of a team supporting the firm's commercial real estate brokers
with their daily administrative needs, graphics work, property marketing, maps and aerial imagery, as well as
neighborhood research. The Administrative Marketing Assistant supports all divisions as receptionist for the office
and is the first impression of the company, so should set a professional tone at the front desk reception area both on
the phone and in person. Mapping and demographic software applications are utilized daily to run reports and
create customer maps, aerials and marketing presentations. Marketing Assistants must also use Adobe Creative
Cloud consistently while customizing InDesign templates to produce and assemble marketing presentations,
proposals, property flyers, e-mail flyers, newsletters, postcards, etc.

dehydrated plant-based snacks such as kale chips and grain free crackers.
An Operations Coordinator is responsible for RFC’s day-to-day office operations such as organizing, coordinating
and applying office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This includes
maintaining office services and task monitoring, supervising each staff-member's work and maintaining office
records.
Management of the production team ensures that all standards of quality are met within the packaging procedures.
Administration of a team ranging from three to ten employees is essential during this process.
In addition to management, the duties of the Operations Coordinator include the development of Marketing
Campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, and Wordpress. Creating tutorial videos for company websites
