I was once a chat support for 3 years with 3 windows at the same time. Concerns were about sales and service. Required to reach 100 chats per day with 13:00 mins AHT. Since, I wanted to step up, I have deicded to apply as a Workforce Management Specialist at the same company and I was able to successfully got the position and now it is my 3 years as one of WorkForce Specialists.
