Hi, Good day! I’m Mary Grace Mones, you can call me Mary. I graduated with, a BS in Computer Management. I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in a telecommunication company for 4 years and eventually became a Client Service Associate in a bank for 11 years. This year, I discovered freelancing, where I experienced catering for clients in the US and UK working as a Virtual Assistant and Chat moderator as my part-time.

I currently work as a Client Service Associate, and this role is a bank teller. Cash handling counting and processing of customer deposits and withdrawals accurately. Assisting customer with their bank needs. Maintain accurate records of transactions, balancing cash drawers and completing end-of-day reconciliation. The qualities and skills that I honed for this job role are strong attention to detail, organizational skills and accuracy in handling financial transactions. In addition, the customer service skills I gained as a bank teller can be beneficial for interacting with clients and colleagues in a bookkeeping role. I acquired basic accounting experience. I am a fast learner and proactive. I have familiarity with accounting software, especially in XERO, spreadsheets and banking systems. I have proficiency in data entry and record-keeping software that can contribute to the success of a company. I do have experience in Real Estate.
