I worked as a pricing analyst for more than two years, where I conducted market research, analyzed pricing trends, and provided insights on pricing strategies that aligned with business goals. I have core competencies in pricing strategy, price analysis, and data analytics.

In my previous role, I utilized various data analytics tools and software to derive meaningful insights from large sets of data related to pricing, sales, and customer behavior. I also evaluated competitors' pricing models, promotional strategies, and product positioning, and assessed the impact of different pricing scenarios on overall profitability. I was part of a team that identified opportunities for process improvements in pricing analysis and strategy. I am easily adaptable, customer-friendly, and empathetic, as I have also worked as a customer service representative at TTEC and Amazon Operation Services Philippines, where I interacted with customers via various channels and assisted them with their inquiries and concerns.
