At my current job position at PSG Global Solutions Inc., I am a vital member of the team and an essential pillar of organizational support. I excel at performing various duties associated with the role. My responsibilities include candidate sourcing and database management, sourcing resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. I also track and delegate files to my teammates as well as make sure that no files were left behind. I also contribute to doing daily audits on the processed files and training new employees to do the tasks we do and I am acting as an overall POC of the team. Not only have my efforts been collaborative, but they also have increased the company's good work service and workflow.
