with booking, changing, and canceling their reservations, such
as flights, hotels, and activities. Our responsibilities included
handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure
customer satisfaction. Additionally, we negotiated directly with
our partner vendors when customers had special requests or
required exceptions.
I have also received training in The Global Distribution System
(GDS), which is a primary reservation tool used by travel
agents, including Sabre and Amadeus.
