To begin with, my first job was in Brutus Food System as a Contractual Service Crew/Cashier wherein I was assigned to assist customer order and provide excellent customer service. Then after that, I worked as a Contractual Promodiser/Promotional Representative in Webington Garments. I was assigned to sell the product, and monitor the incoming product delivery and encode it to the data base. Not just that, I was appointed to perform the monthly inventory and reported it directly to the supervisor.
I worked also as a Telemarketing Specialist, where I was charged to call the qualified clients and offered free credit card applications. Basically, it was a pure outbound call and offers the product and educates the clients the benefits of getting the card and how it is works. In addition, I was obliged to hit the weekly and monthly quota.
The latest experience that I had was in The Results Companies as a Customer Service Representative, I was responsible to receive calls from the customer and assist their concern, inquiries and manage their account. Do the basic troubleshooting and up-selling products also. I was required to hit the daily, weekly and
monthly metrics as part of my job.
Currently, I'm a trained Virtual Assistant in Filipino Virtual Assistant by Grace Locsin. The coverage of the training is data entry/transcription, Social Media Management and Marketing, Simple Web Design using Word Press or Wix, Search Engine Optimization, Email Management and Lead Generation.
