Lead recruitment and placement initiatives of Recruitment Team
Drive performance of the Recruitment Team to achieve departmental goals and
objectives.
Enhance turnaround time of recruitment and placement activities by working with
requesting departments, follow up interviews with managers and hired employees and by
identifying new sources for candidate recruiting.

Recommend improvements on existing recruitment and placement practices and draft
proposals.
Manage, maintain and work with the applicant tracking system.
Monitor utilization of Recruitment Budget.
Ensure due diligence are performed by assigned Recruitment Officers such as reference
check, background investigation and address vetting are done before onboarding of new
hires.
Monitor employee movements and ensuring all movements are properly documented
prior implementation.
Communicate and resolve payroll account queries and concerns with maintaining branch
such as but not limited to account activation, coordinating OTC withdrawals, card
replacements and others.
Reviews and consolidates OIC Performance Rating, to be used as input for OIC’s incentives

Establish and maintain a reliable source of candidates for employment. (Thru job fairs,
head hunters, coordination with PESO, coordination with Barangay/LGU, coordination
with universities, schools, training centers; out of town hiring, advertisements and
placements in various channels of media.).
