I’m Mary Effiong Ekpo, a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative with over 8 years of proven success in delivering exceptional service across the banking, administrative, and virtual support sectors. My career began at Access Bank PLC, where I refined my communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills in one of Nigeria’s busiest financial environments. There, I learned the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and providing customer-centric solutions—qualities that have remained central to my work.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently helped businesses build stronger relationships with their clients by offering timely, efficient, and friendly support across multiple channels—email, phone, and chat. My experience extends to calendar management, appointment setting, lead generation, virtual project support, and back-office administrative assistance.
