Thank you for the opportunity. My name is Mary Cris Alivio, and I have over 6 years of experience working in customer service, with a strong focus on call center operations. I started my career at TTEC, where I was trained to handle high volumes of calls, assist customers with billing issues, product inquiries, and technical support.
Over time, I became really skilled at not just solving problems efficiently but also turning difficult conversations into positive experiences. At my last job with Forward BPO, I consistently met or exceeded my performance targets - including first-call resolution, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
What I enjoy most about this kind of work is the ability to connect with people and help them find solutions. I've also developed strong multitasking and communication skills, which I believe are essential in a call center
environment.
I'm now looking for an opportunity where I can grow further, possibly take on leadership responsibilities in the future, and contribute to a team that values customer experience as
