In my most recent job, I worked as an Accounting Associate 2 at a logistics company in Hawaii for 4 years. I started as a Customer Support Specialist and was promoted to Accounting Associate 1, eventually advancing to Accounting Associate 2. I was responsible for tasks such as scheduling deliveries, billing invoices, cash receipts, and various accounts payable duties. During this time, I developed numerous skills and gained valuable knowledge.

In my first BPO job, I worked as a Customer Support and Chat Support Specialist, handling inbound calls and chats. I managed technical support, billing concerns, payments, and other general inquiries. I also worked with the retention team to ensure customers continued using our services. Additionally, I was recognized as a top expert.
