As soon as I got off from college, I then started working in a call center. During my stay in the industry, I was assigned to different accounts, may it be sales, technical, customer service, and even financial. I used to work in various companies like SiriusXm, Timewarner Cable, Comcast, DirecTv/At&T and Metabank and since we were handling a wide scope of market, I was very much exposed to different accents. We were also trained how to multi-task where in every call we must talk to the customer while taking down notes. I must say that I am good in making a conversation with a customer because our ultimate goal is to give them satisfaction from how we assist them regarding their concern.
