Hi there! I'm Mary Anne Dela Torre and I've worked with the call center industry for 8 years working on a travel account. I've started doing simple bookings, which progressed to Advance Exchanges and eventually was promoted to do Ticketing and Supervisory Calls.
I switched industry and started working online as a Virtual Assistant, working with an SEO company in Australia. My work is focus a lot on research of the latest trend in the SEO industry, working on several SEO reports for our clients. Emails and booking. I serve as a liason between our Teachnical Team and Customer Service Team. I also worked as the Trainer for our Customer Service Team who handled Chat and Voice Support.
With the same company we started to venture into hiring outsource and started a company were they hire employees for several businesses, uponwhich I handled most of the outsourcing and HR Work. They eventually sold the company.
I started working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a security company in Colorado. I mostly handled Email & Phone Support, Also Editing Web contents, Social Media Marketing, reports and research.
After that, I was offered a role as a Training Manager for a chat support company and worked their for several years. Helping build the company up from an employee of 5 persons to 100.
I believe that I am a versatile, I can easily adapt to changes in the workplace, policies and people. I'm very meticulous with the work that I do but I love challenges. It is important for me to understand the things that I do in a bigger perspective, so I'll know how to contribute to an overall goal of a company. I believe it is good to know the vision of the company that they work for so they are all in sync. I also like to work with a company that is flexible and accepts ideas and concepts.
