I have worked in a BPO industry for a total of 5 years. I have been part of Account Escalations Team who handles supervisory calls and resolving technical customers' concerns for the service department. I have been an OIC Team Lead in the same company.

I've worked as a full-time Virtual Assistant/Team Lead Service Coordinator for an Australian company. Part of my many tasks are to carry out administrative works; send and respond to customer emails; liaise with other employees and different departments for service work; call customers for payment follow-up; follow-up purchase orders; manage invoices; manage and update the service database/CRM; completes data entry for service work; attend to customer's requests and concerns; set appointments with business owners and/or managers for service-related business; web research; prepare weekly and monthly reports. I have been project managing tool orders and make sure our services are delivered under budget and delivery dates.

In July 2014 - June 2019, I've worked as an EA to our CEO and the same time as a Senior Project Manager for a translation agency where I managed our day-to-day operations, liaise with all stakeholders in the company, responsible in the recruitment and training of our new project managers. I've been in the company for 5 years and left for a new career.

In 2019, I joined a U.S.-based company within the coaching and education line of business where I started as an EA, until promoted as Chief operating officer. My main task is to oversee the entire operations, project-manage all our teams and ensure our pipelines are up-to-date and that our claim managers are on top of things.

My goal in every job I land to is to help the company by giving my 100% attention and efforts.
