I'm Mary.I am virtual assistant with almost a decade of experience in customer service and admin support.

I've been in the BPO industry helping businesses support their customers over the phone regarding their general inquiries, technical issues, concerns, escalations and even in upselling or cross-selling other products or services the business has to offer. 

I've been in many and different fields/industries as well, which can also support my flexibility to whatever role ro tasks given to me. I always find time, courage and motivation to be better at what I do.

Generally speaking I am also a business minded person, in heart and in mind, I always support my clients not only for my own sake being paid for the service, but also because I want to be part of the company's growth and success. I want to give feedback as to what the daily operations should get better at, and find a solution to fix it as much as I can and of course with the help of the team.

I can be a team leader and a team player as well. I know how to handle and manage people and I am also a good follower.
