After I’d graduated from college, I applied for cashier position in SM Appliance, since this was my first job I tried it but fortunately Toy Kingdom had an opening for HR Assistant, I’d been endorsed by SM Appliance to Toy Kingdom, I worked in there for five years and 8 months , I handled the timekeeping , benefits and payroll through PRIME , HRIS and ORACLE system , I was preparing the daily time records of all employees from different branches, I was monitoring the tardiness , and overtime. I was also conducting mega job fair to assist the recruitment team, and conducting orientation of compensation and benefits for newly hired employees. I was doing payroll audit in provincial branches to check if payroll reports were consolidated properly. I was also preparing the coe, separation pay and other claims of resigned employees. I was also attending Supervisory seminars and Vision and Mission in workplace. My second work was with Landers Superstores as HR Generalist, I was the pioneer, and I was doing the end to end recruitment, conducting job fair and PESO job hunt for applicants. I was interviewing applicants from service crew to Managers. I was also preparing the orientation for onboards, issuance of id’s and uniforms, store visit to check if the staff were properly designated. I was also coordinating with different manpower agencies . I was also preparing the payroll through SAP, and preparing cash salary for employees . I resigned because of their unstable system. My third work and recent company is DOXO INGREDIENTS INC. I stayed there for six years handling end to end payroll through the use of ERIC system, I was preparing file and documents for payroll processing , I was also processing billing for manpower and security agencies. I was also preparing alphalist and bookkeeping .

I resigned due to the cost of commuting and looking for a work from home job, I am knowledgeable in payroll and bookkeeping through the use of XERO accounting software and MYOB.
