1. Social Media Content Copywriting & Content Selection ( Ive posted 100k + Ads, YES a 100k for all kinds of content, Food Product launchs, Real Estate unit sales, Used Machinery & Car Sales & ive even negotiated many of those sales myself)

Company Documentation Creation : Company Profiles - Business Plans - Invoices - Letterheads - Business Cards - Contracts etc (I put my heart into documentation such as these because i believe they make or break the & they must be tailored exactly as the owner/management visualize so that it generates the ideal results that they expect)
3. Lead Generation & Research : Some times you need a 2nd of 3rd party to point out companies & markets that you never imagined were available to your grasp, & thats where i come in, most of my work since i graduated was to generate leads and opportunities for my clients & my own business because simply without leads that you can specifically target, you are simply aiming at a target far out in the sea.
4. Real Evaluation of Assets (No Bull) : Ive seen it many times in my career, company owners putting houses, cars, machinery , prime real estate, on the market, but they take forever to close the deal & get those funds they need in time & WHY? because the offer is too high so no one is interested to even discuss it or the offer too low & the vultures will keep circling around your until you almost give it away for free. When reselling an Asset, putting the RIGHT value on that asset is crucial to make that sale in time to achieve those priorities you have in place
