I've been working for almost 10 years with the same BPO company formerly SITEL, currently called FOUNDEVER. I started in the Call Center industry in 2014 as a Moneygram agent and stayed with the same client for 18 months. Because of business needs, I was transferred to the Capital One Bank division where I started as a CSR then Account Manager. 3 years later due to COVID-19 I was relocated to work from home as a representative for EQUIFAX for 8 months and I was finally transferred to the UnitedHealthcare division, where I worked for 32 months. I have enough experience in the Customer Service area, handling sensitive and confidential information (Social Security numbers and clients personal information). I had to handle clients calling from US and overseas, both in English and Spanish.
