My Objective is to succeed in an environment of growth and excellence and earn a job which provides me job satisfaction and self-development and help me achieve personal and organizational goals. I have been working in BPO for more than 10years and i have been into service desk, customer service, technical support and Quality Assurance. I was sent for knowledge transfer in Brazil and in China. But, my purpose right now is to work from home so that i can monitor my children and to provide what their current needs. I am willing to be trained to know the process of the business.
