I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Techonology. I had my formal training during my on-the-job experience as a hardware and software expert in troubleshooting. Apart from my technical experience, I also had experience in remote work and customer service to go along with it. I also have experience in Data Entry, Field Work, and System Maintenance.
