I have been working in the field of sales for more than 10 years now. Almost 8 years with a giant computer company, Dell computers, as a sales chat expert.

For the last year or so, I have been managing three online businesses of a direct client, and have been contributing greatly to their development and growth. Namely the following:

I've created web content for all three websites as well including the blogs posted there.

I have been using apps like Mailchimp, Asana, Bitrix CRM, Zoho CRM, Yoast SEO, Wordpress, Quickbooks, Stripe, Google Suite, among others in my work as Customer Support and Sales Manager for the three online businesses I've worked with via direct client.

I am a believer that the right marketing coupled with customer satisfaction and trust brings in businesses and ensures a company's growth and stability. Thus, I have focused my efforts to becoming a really good online salesman with great customer care attributes.

Back in 2018, I also completed a full-month's training course in Freelancing with focus on Email Marketing, Content Writing, and SEO.
