I am a Business Analyst, Data Analyst and Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce analytics, reporting, and PMO governance. I work with global teams and support remote projects across business analysis, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and process improvement.

From 2023 to 2025, I worked as Specialist Business Analyst (VP – People Analytics & Workforce Planning) at The Bank of New York Mellon. I supported global workforce analytics programs covering 25,000+ employees. My work included business requirements gathering (BRD, FRD, user stories), stakeholder workshops, headcount forecasting, attrition analysis, compliance reporting (SOX, CSRD, ICRR), and PMO governance reporting. I built Power BI dashboards, wrote SQL queries, developed predictive models in Python, and automated reporting processes.

Before that, I worked at Capita India Pvt. Ltd (2015 to 2023) as Process Leader – Data Analytics. I designed Tableau dashboards, built Power BI reports, automated Excel and SQL-based reporting, managed large datasets (1M+ records), and led a team of 10 analysts. I focused on data quality improvement, SLA tracking, risk reporting, and performance dashboards.

Earlier (2007 to 2015), I worked as an Online Marketing Analyst, managing digital campaigns, campaign analytics, conversion reporting, and client performance tracking.
