These are my main skills:

Lead generation and Prequalification: I help in building a database of pre-qualified leads which includes company name, target person’s role and name, contact information and system related information. I do this through internet research, reviewing online and physical directories, networking and by targeted primary data collection. I do prequalification via cold emails and cold calls. I then populate the data I gather of Freshsales and Dynamics CRMs for action.

Customer Support: I respond to tickets sent by clients through online chat, email and calls. In this role I have learned and scaled up technical communication skills, use of Freshdesk among other skills.

Web development: I have acquired web development skills in HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript. I am working in developing simple websites for now gradually moving up. 

I also have experience with a number of Software and Web Application System including:

·        Search engines, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), CRMs (Freshsales, Zoho, Dynamics). I have vast experience with these which I specifically use for leads generation.

·        Ms. Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams), Freshdesk, SPSS and R which I use for communication with clients and prospects, data entry/analysis and other day-to-day activities.

·        HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and Python. I use these for my coding tasks and personal training.

·        Others include SAP and SAGE.
