I am very empathetic and that's the reason why all my friends turn to me in times of need. I am able to step into other person's shoes to understand the issue from the other person's point of view and as a long-time teacher, I have also learned to explain difficult concepts and ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

I believe I have excellent written and verbal communication. I am currently writing a book that has taught me to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner, that appeals to a wide audience. The same is true for my verbal communication as being a tv-news host requires a clear and calm manner of speech.

I can also handle large volumes of e-mails efficiently as that has also been a part of my previous job. When there were active promotions running, I had to answer, sort or transfer 50-100 potential customer's e-mails a day.

My most recent job as a part-time tv-news host, has taught me to pay close attention to detail as reporting always has to be very precise with no mistakes whatsoever.

For most of my working career, at least a part of my work has been done remotely so I have grown accustomed to that. When I was a self-employed financial market analyst, I worked remotely full-time, but my previous position in customer support and administration also involved a lot of remote work, as only about 2 hours of my day was spent face to face with customers and the rest of the working day was dedicated to customer service via e-mails and social media.
