system Guarantee the operation of the SIMIT information system in 41 cities of the country

 Ensure that the work team in charge (12 people) fulfill their tasks and have everything

necessary for it

 Seek solutions to all problems that affect the provision of the service in the 41 cities in

charge

 Generate statistics and valuable information so that the mayors of the cities in charge know

the state of their city in relation to traffic and can take action based on the information given

 Manage the payment of these cities to the company and establish collection strategies in

case they are in arrears

 Train the work team (12 people) and the city officials (200 people each year) in charge in the

technical and legal issues concerning al SIMIT

 carry out face-to-face follow-up visits to each of the 41 cities in charge

 Meet day-to-day requirements of both the work team and the officials of the 41 cities in

charge
