I have been working as a freelancer for almost a year now and my experience has been amazing so far! I have a Master's degree in Marketing Communications to back me up and was able to work with individuals, start-ups, and SMEs in different industries helping them in their marketing, social media, content writing, graphic design, administrative and day-to-day business activities. Prior to becoming a freelancer, I was working in Sales and Marketing for about 3 years.
Here are some of the tools that I normally use, but not limited to: Office 365, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, MailChimp, Trello, Slack, Wordpress, Joomla, Hubspot, LastPass, BuzzSumo, and Skype. I also use Sprout Social, Buffer and Hootsuite in managing social media accounts.
