Hi, I’m Martha Realista. I’ve spent more than 10 years building my career in the BPO industry, where I’ve gained experience in workforce management, customer and technical support, and administrative work. Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to keep operations running smoothly while still making sure that customers feel valued and supported.

Most of my background is in workforce management. I’ve worked on capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring for different teams. My role often meant making sure service levels were met, spotting issues before they grew bigger, and keeping reports accurate so leaders could make the right calls. I take pride in being detail-oriented and dependable, especially when it comes to making sure teams are properly supported.

At the same time, I have a strong background in customer support. I started my career helping clients with billing, technical concerns, and account issues, and I consistently earned high CSAT scores. I also had opportunities to recommend services and upgrades, which taught me how to build trust while guiding conversations toward solutions. Those experiences helped me strengthen both my communication and problem-solving skills.

Aside from operations and support, I’ve also taken on administrative and creative tasks. I’m comfortable managing calendars, emails, documentation, and reports. On the creative side, I’ve worked with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Picsart for basic design and editing, which has been useful for preparing materials or adding a professional touch to projects.
