Marta Vazquez

With a diverse background as an IT Business Partner, Project and Product Manager, and Head of Sales Support, I am excited to leverage my skills within a dynamic team while working remotely. 

The possibility to work remotely is a significant advantage for me, as I am in the process of moving to Spain. This flexibility would allow me to work effectively while managing my relocation. 

I am interested in working with like-minded people from whom I can learn and grow. I am passionate about finding impactful solutions for business problems and engaging with different types of stakeholders, and thrive in environments where continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged. 

In my role as an IT Business Partner, I bridge gaps between IT and business objectives, ensuring alignment and driving strategic initiatives. My primary responsibility is to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks, but I have also become the QA and UAT Lead of GSMA, which has allowed me to build and develop a comprehensive testing strategy for the organisation. Additionally, I have recently attained a Salesforce Business Analyst certification, which further cements my experience in this field. 

My past experience in project management has equipped me with strong organisational and leadership skills, allowing me to deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Furthermore, as Head of Sales Support, I developed and implemented processes that improved efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction, and enabled the sales team to achieve their targets effectively. 

In terms of personal style, I love having the freedom to take ownership of my tasks and make decisions, but I also appreciate having access to support and feedback when needed. Having the space to make decisions and take initiative, while also knowing that support is available when needed, is crucial for my productivity and growth. 

Lastly, I value a positive and respectful work culture where effort is recognised and rewarded. This aligns perfectly with my own values and work ethic, and it motivates me to contribute my best to the team.
