Ethnolinguistics is a field of linguistics that studies the relationship between
language and culture and how different ethnic groups perceive the world. It is a
combination of ethnology and linguistics.
I had an opportunity to continue learning English after graduating from a bilingual
class in high school and learn the new language- Mandarin Chinese. After my first
year at the university, I went to Taiwan for 2 months to take a part in the Mandarin
course at National Normal Univerity in Kaohsiung.

As a freelance SMM, I build brand awareness and generate leads while
managing internal and external marketing campaigns and programs. I take
care of increasing customer engagement through social media. Also, improve
page content, keyword relevancy, and branding to achieve SEO goals. One of
my main responsibilities is analyzing and reporting social media and online
marketing campaign results, I check competitor pages to locate backlinks and
keyword opportunities. What’s more, I provide digital marketing solutions to
businesses. I develop marketing content such as blogs, promotional materials
and advertisements for social media which includes campaigns and specific
marketing strategies for clients. Graphic designing is my hobby, I’m using
Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create images and layouts.
I’m always trying to be creative in designing marketing packages, including
print materials, brochures, banners, and logos. As a website creator, I’m familiar
with WordPress, Wix, and Showit.

My position as a Senior Project Manager involved searching and acquiring new
clients on the domestic and international markets. I was responsible for
gathering information regarding the equipment of fair stands and their
appearance from customers. Moreover, I was providing accurate, detailed
quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications. I was in
control of managing staff scheduling for multiple jobs and coordinating all
construction and material planning. Another of my duties was reducing costs
by driving competitive subcontractor bids and effective contract execution and
also delivering completed projects on time by prioritizing multiple tasks.

My key role as a Project Manager in MDL Expo was effective supervision over
the implementation of exhibition stand designs in Poland and Europe
(execution of exhibition stands in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Great Britain,
and the Netherlands) and attending exhibition shows around Europe. My office
work required creating plans, schedules and sales strategies and management
of a project team in the area of the creation of a trade fair stand. I was
participating in designing, 3D visualization of customers' stands, interiors and
showrooms - consultations with designers. I gained huge knowledge and
experience in the field of design and production of custom furniture, furniture
for trade fairs, individual furniture. What’s more, I learned how to work under
time pressure and on short dates implementing the same time safe, efficient
and cost-effective solutions to issues.

Working as a Project Manager for BroadMesse International gave me the
biggest opportunity to practice my managerial skills. I was participating in fairs
throughout Europe supervising over the assembly of trade fair stands. I spent a
lot of my office time acquiring new subcontracting companies in Poland and
Europe and checking the production of exhibition stands in Poland. I was
assisting in the recruitment process, writing reliable reports on assembly and
fairs and placing orders for catering, hostesses, music bands and AV
equipment. I had the opportunity to practice my translation skills.

My first full- time job as Project Manager in Partner SC taught me all of the
basics of office work. I was in charge of filling out contracts and issuing invoices
to clients. I did my first steps in searching and acquiring new clients on the
domestic and international markets. I learned how to gather information
regarding the equipment of fair stands and their appearance from customers.
What’s more, I was creating presentations of exhibition stand designs and
preparing their detailed valuation. Apart from that, I was responsible for
supervising the production of exhibition stands before and during the
installment.
