Accurate data entry of applications through loan system (Mercury, Apply Online and LoanNet (for Liberty apps)) - Notify mortgage brokers of any outstanding/missing information/documents to make sure it fits lenders policies. - Find solutions for brokers on new enquiries by doing brainstorming among team members. - Do follow ups with lenders to ensure that documents have been received and deals are settled on time. - Ordering Valuation - Admin tasks 

Responsible for making cold calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals. Manage leads by tracking and following up on them. Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet. 

Assisting customer’s concerns via Chat, Email in a speedy and accurate manner.
