I have an experience of working as a Customer Service Representative for seven years in several Business Process Outsourcing here in Davao. I am a well-motivated person and have the passion towards my work. I know how to deal with people and communicate properly. I have the knowledge on how to persuade them through the qualities that I possessed and the call techniques that I have acquired and learned.
