Tomas, Batangas Prepares purchase orders for AVA localized direct materials and other local supplies received from each concerned departments and coordinates request to accredited suppliers ensuring that purchase price variation and on-time delivery. Reviews each purchase requisitions of either direct materials and local supplies for veracity and completeness of information, proper authorization and conformance to established procedure. Supports the company’s cost saving program by continuously seeking out better quality and economical suppliers. Request and negotiates competitive quotations from vendors for calibration services and fabrication, with respect to pricing, delivery and payment terms to support smooth cash flow plan. Seek out alternative supplies such as localization of direct and indirect materials that could still provide the company’s requirements with lesser costs that will help increase the company’s profitability.
