Tomas, Batangas Prepares purchase orders for AVA localized direct materials and other local supplies received from each concerned departments and coordinates request to accredited suppliers ensuring that purchase price variation and on-time delivery. Reviews each purchase requisitions of either direct materials and local supplies for veracity and completeness of information, proper authorization and conformance to established procedure. Supports the company’s cost saving program by continuously seeking out better quality and economical suppliers. Request and negotiates competitive quotations from vendors for calibration services and fabrication, with respect to pricing, delivery and payment terms to support smooth cash flow plan. Seek out alternative supplies such as localization of direct and indirect materials that could still provide the company’s requirements with lesser costs that will help increase the company’s profitability. Prepares monthly reports such as WIP Inventory report for all Niphco products to be forwarded to Finance for summary of Inventory reports; Payable forecast for cash flow plan; Received Raw materials Factory Supplies for the Vice President’s Monthly request and HDD 2.5 Model Niphco Incoming Parts Report as requested by the General Manager. Conducts Supplier’s Audit to all Local Direct and Indirect critical material suppliers for annual checking of their compliance to our system requirements (covered both Procurement and Engineering concerns if no available Eng’g representative). Revision of Procurement procedures for improvements and compliance to IMS system as necessary. Requests and follow-up RoHS Test report to all direct and indirect critical suppliers for their product’s environmental compliance.
