Marlyn Dela Cruz

My specialty is helping a start-up foreign company that wants to hire Filipino employees remotely and establish a company in the Philippines that abides by the law and mandatory requirements. I act as the owner's right hand and handle all operations so s/he can focus on other important matters.

I am Marlyn Dela Cruz. A graduate of a Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy. I have been a Finance and HR Manager here in the Philippines, who can handle all the aspects of accounting and HR works, and have 11 years of meaningful working experience outside hubstaff.

Excel is my master's field. I am creating a formulated Excel to fasten the process of accounting. I already have created a Payroll that automatically computes overtime, holiday pay, tax, government remittances, and automatic creation of payslips.

Since 2012, I already accomplished several things such as:

-Quickbooks Software, Quickbooks Online, and Peachtree Accounting

-Creating Payroll (from biometrics to DTR to summary to Payroll) and handling more than 100 employees with 3 shifts.

-Computing Overtime, holiday, rest day, and bonus pay

-Creating payslips

-Filling of BIR Forms 1601C, 1601E, 2316, 0605

-Consolidating, analyzing, and releasing payment of government remittances (SSS/PHIC/Pag-ibig)

-Dole Consultant

-Accounting/Bookkeeping
